Subscription plans and usage limits

Each workspace has its own Stripe-backed subscription plan, billing history, and capacity. ToDoddle offers:

Pro and Business share product capabilities. Business adds capacity and priority support. Current list prices are $39 monthly or $390 yearly for Pro, and $99 monthly or $990 yearly for Business. Enterprise is not a self-service subscription plan.

Free-to-paid changes take effect immediately. A same-cycle Pro-to-Business upgrade is immediate and Stripe invoices the prorated difference. Paid downgrades and monthly/yearly cadence changes begin at renewal without a mid-cycle cash refund or account credit.

ToDoddle displays a pending renewal-time change and its effective date. While a lower plan is pending, future seat, project, total-storage, and video limits prevent additional growth beyond the target. Existing features and the current per-file upload cap remain until renewal; existing data is not deleted.

Use Manage subscription for payment methods, invoices, cancellation, and return to Free. Only workspace owners and administrators may access billing. Stripe is the billing source of truth, while webhooks and periodic reconciliation keep ToDoddle's displayed state current.
