Search your workspace

Search looks across the currently selected workspace after you submit a query. It groups accessible Projects, Tasks, Context, Notes, Documents, and Discussions, showing five recent results per group before View all.

Ordinary words use case-insensitive substring matching. You can also use structured filters:

A pasted exact record ID is checked automatically. id: searches supported record types; taskId: narrows to Tasks. Free text and different filters use AND logic, while repeated values of one filter use OR logic. Unknown name:value text is searched literally instead of being treated as a broken filter.

Completed tasks are included. Archived, deleted, inaccessible, and incomplete-upload records are excluded. Workspace administrators can search active projects across the workspace; other members see only projects they can access. Search never broadens existing project or content permissions.

This version is database-backed substring search. It does not yet provide typo tolerance, semantic ranking, cross-workspace search, or an MCP search tool.
